Overview
I spent nearly a decade helping lead Product Design initiatives at ThoughtExchange, an AI-powered SaaS platform that helps organizations turn large-scale community feedback into action. Unlike traditional surveys, it enables two-way, anonymous participation—empowering people to share ideas, evaluate others’ input, and surface collective intelligence.
Joining as the sole Product Designer, I helped evolve dated interfaces into a modern SaaS experience while scaling the design function as the company grew. I helped shape UX strategy, establish scalable patterns, and laid the foundation for the Design System.
My work focused on two core journeys: enabling leaders to easily create Exchanges (Leader Experience) and empowering participants to share and evaluate ideas (Participant Experience). Partnering closely with Product and Engineering, I used research and real user feedback to simplify workflows, improve usability, and increase engagement over time.
